How long does the hair last? +
Virgin Hair can last 2-3 years with proper care.
Raw Hair can last 4+ years with proper maintenance and professional aftercare.
Can the hair be coloured? +
Yes. Our Virgin and Raw Hair can be coloured, toned, and styled by a professional hairstylist.
Please note that colouring, bleaching, or chemical processing is performed entirely at the customer’s own risk and voids eligibility for replacement claims.
How many bundles do I need? +
14”-20” = 2-3 bundles
22”-26” = 3-4 bundles
28”-34” = 4-5 bundles
Can I straighten curly or wavy hair? +
Yes. Curly and wavy textures can be straightened and will typically return to their natural pattern after washing, provided excessive heat damage has not occurred.
Do you offer refunds? +
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Refunds are only considered where an incorrect or faulty item has been supplied by TheBundleBae.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Can I cancel my order? +
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not commenced.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
Can I amend my order after purchase? +
Changes can only be requested within 12 hours of purchase and before processing has commenced.
Do you offer custom wigs? +
Yes. Custom wig services are available and require additional processing time.
Why might my hair look slightly different from website photos? +
As all products are made from natural human hair, slight differences in colour, density, texture, and curl pattern may occur. These variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.
