Hair Care +

To keep your hair soft, smooth and long-lasting, we recommend following a gentle hair care routine.

Use a sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, and avoid heavy products that may cause build-up. Gently detangle from the ends upwards using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush.

For curly or wavy textures, use water and a light leave-in conditioner to refresh the pattern. Avoid excessive heat, and always use heat protectant when styling.

Allow the hair to air dry where possible and store wigs safely when not in use.

Please note: colouring, bleaching, excessive heat or chemical processing should only be done by a professional and is carried out at the customer’s own risk. Proper maintenance is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item received is incorrect or faulty due to an error on our part.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Items must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, uninstalled, uncoloured and in their original packaging to be reviewed.

Please note: once hair has been installed, brushed, washed, coloured, bleached, cut, styled or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for review.
